How to: Print in landscape orientation.
Solution:
Select the 'File' menu and select 'Page Setup...'. from within the open the query. Select the 'Landscape' radio button under the 'Page' tab.
1) If the Database window is not activated, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Queries' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired query. (The query is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Open'. (The query opens in Datasheet view.)
5) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Page Setup...'. (The Page Setup dialog box appears.)
6) Click 'Page' tab.
7) Select the 'Landscape' radio button in the 'Orientation' group.

9) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
10) Click 'OK'.
